Mickey Northcutt is a consultant, coach and licensed attorney with nearly 25 years experience in affordable housing development, syndication and management. He specializes in portfolio & pipeline planning with mission-oriented developers. Whether cultivating dynamic, impactful new developments or creating portfolio-wide workout plans, he is passionate about supporting the creation of beautiful, affordable, sustainable housing for people at all income ranges. 

Mickey led a community development corporation for 18 years, where he led the creation of an active development pipeline, creating nearly 500 affordable homes. During his tenure, the organization went through a successful merger, which included the repositioning a challenging portfolio of early LIHTC deals into performing, strong assets for the organization. Prior to his tenure as CEO, he worked in syndication in asset management and workout planning, as well as in property management, giving him a strong perspective of affordable housing throughout the project life cycle.
