After nearly 10 years in wholesale mortgage lending the market turned and so did my career. I shifted from wholesale lending to affordable housing and chose Burbank Housing as my future career home. Throughout my tenure with Burbank I have worn many hats that included accounting, compliance and finance supporting our CFO/Executive Director. After playing in all the various departments, I ended settling into asset management where I've lead in the creation of the new department and now lead as a Senior Asset Manager. I am responsible for the financial performance, regulatory compliance and long term health of Burbank’s property portfolio. I am Burbank’s primary contact for lenders, regulators and partners of properties in operation. Its a large roll to fill, however I love the daily challenges that arise.
